CS95 Spring Steel - High Carbon, Hard Hardness
CS95 Spring Steel is a high-carbon grade defined within BS1449, containing 0.90 – 1.00% carbon. It is widely used where superior hardness, wear resistance, and strength are required, particularly in thinner gauge materials.
Supplied in the hardened and tempered condition, CS95 combines strength and toughness with excellent edge retention. It is also commonly offered with a polished finish, making it a popular choice for blades, saws, and precision spring applications.
Thanks to laser and waterjet cutting, CS95 can be processed efficiently into complex shapes and precision components.
